Principle of regeneration
The regeneration of an organic solvent (simple distillation) is physical process. It is based on the distillation of chemical substances (mixtures) with boiling points to 260°C. The process scheme is here. It is distillated solution of polluted organic solvent components (required component (usable solvent/degreaser versus impurities (oil, paint, resin), which use their different boiling points. This process don't change the chemical structure of a required component (usable solvent/degreaser).
The procedure includes a polluted solvent receiving for regeneration, its distillation, clean solvent reclaiming. This product has got same or very similar quality with a new solvent (a degreaser). The missing volume of a solvent (a degreacer) has to be bought from its primary producer. As the solvent's regeneration (distillation) is physical process, a solvent chemical qualiity is not be changed.
